Very nice, lightweight choker. I don't think it is as old as it looks. It looks like jewelry from the 30s and 40s but I put it at the 80s. The clasp and extension chain are newer than that - it could have been repaired and added, but to be safe. This necklace is choker length 16 inches and has a 2 inch extension chain. For those of you who don't keep a metric ruler handing when shopping online, these beads are about 3/4 inch long and 1/2 wide - nice size. But since they are acrylic they don't weigh a lot. All the beads are faceted so they do catch the light.
